: Pohe ( 2 vatya) ek medium size kanda, lal tikhat, mith (salt) 2tb sp
oil,kothmir (optional), lonchya cha khar (kairi che)
Method
: patal pohe ghyave. kanda barik chirun ghyava, kothimbir ghalnar asal
tar ti pan barik chirun ghene.. pohyat kachche oil, chirlela kanda ,
lonchya cha khar, ani oil ghalun pohyanna chhan hatani cholun ghyave
(lavave)..mith ani tikhat ghalave ..khaila tayar …
Tip (if applicable) : bhajlele dane ani futane pan ghalu shakto .. mirchi che lonche pan pohyanna lavun ghetle tar veglich chhan taste yeil
